Appointments

Please call our office Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5pm, to schedule your new patient appointment or follow up visit.

Insurance and Billing

We accept most PPO (Preferred Provider Organization insurance plans). Please contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Qualifications for insurance coverage may differ due to the uniqueness of each procedure. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dermatologist.

Payment Options

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and E checks for all office bills paid through our online payment service.
